These fine blades are hammer forged in the san-mai method of cladding, which entails wrapping the inner core of the white steel with a soft iron outer layer. It has high wear resistance and long-lasting blades. The sounds of cutting food and the unique sensation cutting can be transmitted to your hands. The patterned wood handle has a strong core, and the connection between the blade and handle uses a real buffalo horn to keep the connection stronger than any other knives.
Wash and dry the blade immediately after use.
